Booking conditions & terms
Reservation in our camp-site is possible in any period of time for pitches or mobile homes in all season. During high season booking for pitches and mobile homes is only possible for a minimum stay of 3 days or more. Arrival and departure day is possible in any day of the week. Pitches are assigned by reception.
Booking pitches or mobile homes
For the reservation of pitch or mobile home we require a pre-payment of €50 per each pitch or €100 per each mobile home. The pre-payment will be deducted from your final bill excluding bank charges of your bank.
Refunds
By making reservation, you agree with our pricing policy. Retrospective changes and discounts are not possible.
Pre-payments
Pre-payment can be transferred directly to our account, or can be charged from your credit card. The payment made (less bank charges) will be credited to your bill. If you need more than one pitch or mobile home, you will send a pre-payment for each pitch or each mobile home.

Credit card
For the pre-payment made by credit card we need credit card number, expiry
date, CVC code and the name on the credit card. Than we need from you to
confirm the amount for the deposit ?50 per each pitch or ?100 per each
mobile home.
Booking confirmation
After receiving your pre-payment you will get a written confirmation by e-mail, fax or post with your booking number directly from our reservations department.
Arrival & departure
The booked pitch / mobile home will be available to you on the arrival day at 14.00 o‘clock and has to be vacated on the day of departure at 11.00 o‘clock. If your arrival is delayed, please contact us till 18.00 o‘clock on your arrival day and we will keep your booking active until the next day 11.00 o‘clock. After that time no compensation can be claimed even if we rent the pitch / mobile home to anyone else. The booked arrival and departure day is binding for both parties. No refunds is possible cause early departure of any reason. Total stay which was ordered and confirmed has to be paid.
Early check in or late check out is possible after the agreement by the campsite and depends on our actual occupancy.
Charges
All charges are per our latest price list.
Cancellation
In the case of cancellation of your booking 30 days before arrival, € 30 per one pitch or € 80 per one mobile home from your pre-payment (less bank charges) will be transferred back to your bank account.
In case of cancellation less than 30 days before or even no arrival fully pre-payment is not refundable as the cancellation fee of your booking.
We cannot be held responsible for your late arrival or early departure (for any reason). The charges has to be paid for the booked days, even if not used.
General conditions for your stay
For entry to Camping Praha Klanovice the authorization by reception is required.
For renting a mobile home we require a deposit € 100 for possible damages which is returned by departure.
Final cleaning is in charge of the guests and should be done properly at the day of departure. You can ask for a final cleaning service on the reception.
Holiday fee (tourist tax) 15,- CZK (approx. 0,5 €) per person per day is not included in our rates and is payable on departure for all from 18 till 70 years old. Green tax 50,- CZK (approx. 2,- €) per person per whole stay from 3 days long.
Each pitch or mobile home includes a parking space for one car.
Silence in night is required from 22.00 o‘clock till 07.00 o‘clock.
Speed of the vehicles is limited to 10 km/h.
Camping Praha Klanovice is not responsible for the lost or theft of guests personal belongings. Safety box is available at the reception.
Parents should take care of their children all the time. Specially in the sanitary facility, so the do not disturb, cause damages, not run risks, etc.
Swimming pool rules has to be kept by instructions.
Guests respect vegetation in the complex as well as standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
Dogs & pets:
Domestic pets are allowed and charged. They mustn‘t disturb other guests and may not be toileted on the campsite. Dogs must be kept on leads on the entire site.
Non-compliance with these rules, will result in a fine or you will be asked to leave the campsite.
